Crust:

  • 1/4 cup almond flour
  • 1 tbsp or 7 grams pecan cookie pieces
  • 2 tbsp or 1 oz cold butter cut into small cubes
  • 1 tbsp Swerve confectioners

Filling:

  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 28 grams of Lily’s no sugar added baking chips
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tbsp Swerve confectioners

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Pour all of your crust ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well using your hands. Make sure the butter is completely worked into the dough.
  3. Next, roll the dough into a ball and place into a 4-inch tart pan. Using your hands form the dough into the sides and bottom on the pan.
  4. Place into the preheated oven and bake for 12 minutes. Take out of the oven and place on a cooling rack.
  5. The dough will rise so you will have to shape the tart using a spoon to press the dough down.
  6. Place all of the filling ingredients into a saucepan on low heat and mix well until smooth and creamy.
  7. Once ready, pour the chocolate ganache filling into the tart crust and smooth the top with a rubber spatula.
  8. Then, place the keto chocolate tart into the fridge until the filling has settled.
  9. Enjoy!
