  • 1/3 cup pecan cookie pieces
  • 5 Tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Granular
  • 1/5 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 Tsp salt

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Then, toast the chopped pecans in 1 Tbsp of butter in a saucepan over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
  3. Next, turn the stove down to low heat and throw the remaining butter into the saucepan just long enough for the butter to melt.
  4. Pour into a mixing bowl with the Swerve and mix well with a rubber spatula. After that, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  5. Roll into six even balls on a non-stick baking sheet and press down with your hands or a fork to shape into cookies
  6. Then, bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
  7. Take cookies out of the oven and place on a cooling rack until cool.
