  • 1 1/2 cups of almond flour
  • 1 cup Swerve Confectioners
  • 8 oz of heavy whipping cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese at room temp
  • 12 oz fresh blackberries
  • 2 Tbsp Swerve Granular

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Next, place all ingredients except blackberries and 2 Tbsp of Swerve Granular into blender. Blend on high for about 90 seconds.
  3. Then, pour mixture evenly across a 9x13 non-stick baking pan. Press blackberries evenly into batter.
  4. Then, sprinkle Swerve Granular evenly across the top and place into pre-heated oven for 40-45 minutes or until sides are golden brown.
  5. Take you cobbler out of the oven and place on a cooling rack.
