  • 1 cup pecan cookie pieces
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 4 oz melted butter
  • 1/3 cup Swerve Sweetener
  • 9 oz or about 3/4 cup Maranatha no salt/no sugar added peanut butter
  • 1/2 Tsp sea salt

  1. Pre-heat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Pour pecan cookie pieces, almond flour, Swerve, and salt into a mixing bowl. Mix together, making sure to break up any clumps of almond flour.
  3. Next, pour in melted butter and mix well with a rubber spatula. Then, stir in peanut butter.
  4. Scoop mixture evenly into a 12 cup muffin pan and bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.
  5. Place on a cooling rack until completely cool.
