These keto pecan shortbread cookies are a simple as it gets. Though containing only four ingredients these low-carb cookies are packed full of flavor. With the combination of butter and toasted pecans, these crunchy keto cookies are hard to beat!

  • 6 oz about 1 1/3 cup pecan cookie pieces
  • 1 cup pecan flour
  • one 4oz stick of butter melted
  • 1/4 cup Swerve Sweetener



  1. First pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Next, mix together pecan cookie pieces, pecan flour, and Sweetener in a mixing bowl. Making sure to break up any clumps of almond flour.

  3. Then, pour the melted butter into the mixing bowl with the dry ingredients and mix well using a silicone spatula.
  4. After that, roll the dough out into 10 balls and flatten them down by hand unto a greased baking sheet. They should be about one centimeter high.
  5. Bake for 12 minutes.
  6. Take them out of the oven and place on a cooling rack until cool.
