2Tbspcoconut oil
One package of strawberries
1/3cupchopped nuts of your choiceoptional
1/3cupunsweetened coconut flakesoptional
Instructions
Directions
Chop both chocolate bars into small pieces for melting.
Place the chopped chocolate and coconut oil in a heatproof bowl.
Using a saucepan bring about 1 inch of water to a simmer and place your heatproof bowl on the mouth of the saucepan. Make sure the water does not touch the bottom of the bowl.
Keeping the temperature low, stir the chocolate and coconut oil with a spatula until melted.
Tilt the bowl sideways so there is enough depth to dip the strawberries.
Dip the strawberries into the chocolate and, if desired, roll them in chopped nuts or coconut flakes.
Place your berries on a baking sheet and let cool for a few minutes. Then place them in a container and store in the fridge until you're ready for them!
