These chewy keto chocolate chip cookies are amazing. They are made with real cream cheese, making them very soft and chewy. In addition, each cookie contains a whopping 22.82 grams of fat and only 2.65 net carbs!

  • 4 tbsp butter at room temp
  • 1.5 oz cream cheese at room temp
  • 4 tbsp Swerve Confectioners
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup Lily's Chocolate Chips
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp  baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp  vanilla extract



  1. In a mixing bowl mix butter and Swerve Confectioners using a handheld or standing mixer until smooth.
  2. Continue to mix as you add cream cheese, egg, and vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate mixing bowl mix almond flour, pecan flour, and baking powder together breaking up any clumps.
  4. Slowing mix dry and wet ingredients together until well mixed. Then work in Lily's Chocolate Chips.
  5. Place in the fridge for at least 30 minutes
  6. Pre-heat the oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
  7. Take the cookie dough out of the fridge and roll into 6 even balls.
  8. Line the 6 dough balls onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat and press them down into the shape of a cookie.
  9. Place in the oven and bake for 18-22 minutes.
  10. Take out of the oven and place on a cooling rack.
