I am excited to share with you my favorite keto desserts made with Swerve Sweetener! If you’ve tried any of the recipes on my site, you have probably noticed that I use Swerve Sweetener almost exclusively. Simply put, It is my favorite keto sweetener. Not only is it widely available, but it also tastes great and contains 0 net carbs per serving.
Swerve is made from a mixture of erythritol and oligosaccharides. Erythritol is considered by the FDA to be a 4-carbon sugar that does not affect blood glucose levels. Because of this, erythritol should be subtracted from total carbs the same way fiber is when calculating net carbs.
In addition, Swerve measures cup to cup with regular sugar, making it easy to experiment with. However, I personally use a little less in many of my recipes. Because it does contain erythritol, when used in recipes without much liquid or fat, you may experience what is called the cooling effect.
Though not my favorite attribute of erythritol, I will still take it any day over the nasty after taste you experience with other sweeteners. So all in all, there is yet to be a perfect low-carb sweetener. However, of all of the ones I have tried over the years, Swerve (to me) is still the best. Which is why I use Swerve Sweetener in all of these amazing keto desserts.
#1 Keto Dessert Made With Swerve Is Keto Chocolate Cheesecake
It is hard to pick a favorite, however, this keto chocolate cheesecake is amazing. This delicious keto dessert is made with Swerve Granular and Swerve Confectioners. It contains three layers of rich chocolaty goodness. The crust is a chocolate mock graham cracker crust that you could turn into a great chocolate cookie by itself.
On top of that is a rich and creamy chocolate cream cheese filling. This cream cheese filling is loaded up with cocoa powder and melted Lily’s chocolate chips. Then, of course, it is further sweetened with Swerve Granular Sweetener. The last layer is a very rich chocolate ganache made with more melted Lily’s chocolate chips, whipping cream, and Swerve Confectioners.
This low-carb chocolate cheesecake recipe yields 16 servings. Each serving contains roughly 405 calories, 41 grams of fat, and 5.2 net carbs.
# 2 Keto Vanilla Ice Cream Sweetened With Swerve Confectioners
It’s hard to beat a classic like vanilla ice cream, especially when it only has roughly 3 net carbs per serving. This keto vanilla ice cream is made with only four ingredients. That is eggs, whipping cream, vanilla extract, and Swerve Confectioners.
Since the Swerve Confectioners dissolves so well, this keto vanilla ice cream is super creamy and does not have the grainy texture that many recipes made with the Swerve Granular do. Though it is very simple to make you will need an ice cream maker for this recipe.
The recipe yields 8 total servings. Each serving contains about calories 361.75, 37.08 grams of fat, and just over 3 net carbs.
# 3 Chewy Keto Chocolate Chip Cookies
These chewy keto chocolate chip cookies are my favorite keto cookies. Though I usually prefer crunchy cookies, the texture on these cookies is so similar to cookies made with wheat flour, they really ‘wowed’ me! This is mostly because they’re cooked at a lower temperature and are loaded with cream cheese and Swerve Confectioners.
The cream cheese and Swerve Confectioners help to make these cookies very chewy. Since Swerve Confectioners is like powdered sugar, it is fluffy and does not have the grainy texture of Swerve Granular. (Or most other keto friendly sweeteners, for that matter.)
The end result is a tasty chewy keto chocolate chip cookie. This recipe yields six cookies. Each cookie contains roughly 230 calories, 22.82 grams of fat, 15.67 total carbs, and 2.65 net carbs.
# 4 Keto Peanut Butter Chocolate Ice Cream
It’s hard to beat the combination of peanut butter and chocolate. This keto peanut butter chocolate ice cream is sweetened with Swerve Confectioners and is super creamy. It is undoubtedly my favorite keto ice cream at the moment.
The base is very similar to my keto chocolate ice cream, except this one is loaded with huge chunks of real peanut butter! It is the perfect keto treat to have on movie night, especially if you are craving something sweet and salty. This recipe yields a total of 8 servings. Each serving contains roughly 417.63 calories, 38.14 grams of fat, 26 total carbs, and only 5.81 net carbs.
# 5 Keto Fallen Chocolate Cake
This flourless keto chocolate cake is unbelievably rich and delicious. It tastes so much like fallen chocolate cake made with real sugar that I honestly can’t tell the difference. In addition, I have also created a mini fallen chocolate cake recipe as well.
The mini version tastes just as good but is a better option when cooking for one or two people. Both are great and both are sweetened with Swerve Granular Sweetener. The original recipe yields a total of 12 servings or slices. Each slice contains roughly 213.85 calories, 20 grams of fat, 28 total carbs, and 4 net carbs. These keto cookies are very low in carbs and taste amazing. They are made with a combination of almond and pecan flour along with some cream cheese for softness.
Sweetening them with Swerve Confectioners also help these cookies stay soft and chewy. The cookies are then rolled into balls and dipped into the cinnamon and Swerve mixture. The end result is a soft and chewy amazing keto cookie. The whole recipe yields a total of 10 cookies. Each cookie contains roughly 160.2 calories, 16 grams of fat, 12 total carbs, and only 1.45 net carbs!
# 8 Keto Butter Pecan Ice Cream
I love using pecans in my keto dessert recipes. Not only do they contain fewer carbs than other nuts they are very tasty. The nutty flavor is unmatched, especially when toasted in butter. As someone who grew up in Texas, butter pecan ice cream is very nostalgic to me.

If you are more of the crunchy cookie type you are going to love these low-carb chocolate chip cookies. They are made with only five ingredients and are very easy to make. The flour base is a mixture of almond flour and pecan cookie pieces.
I like this combo because the pecan cookie pieces add a bit of crunch as well as helping the cookies stay lower in carbs. This is because pecans have fewer carbs than the almond flour does. They are sweetened with Swerve and loaded with butter and Lily’s Chocolate Chip Cookies!
These keto cookies are very filling and also make a great on the go snack or breakfast. This recipe yields a total of 6 servings or cookies. Each cookie contains roughly 218 calories, 22 grams of fat, and only 2.6 net carbs.

This keto pumpkin cheesecake is rich and creamy, made on a mock cinnamon graham cracker crust, and topped with pumpkin and cream cheese filling.
It is sweetened with Swerve Granular and yields 16 servings or slices. Each slice contains about 285.56 calories, 28 grams of fat, 21 total carbs, and just 3.95 net carbs! I have also made a mini keto pumpkin cheesecake that is perfectly sized for one or two people.
