Are you looking for some great keto desserts made with Lily’s Chocolate Chips? If so, this list of 13 keto desserts are all made with Lily’s chocolate chips and taste amazing. After looking over all of my recipes I realized that I would not know what to do if Lily’s wasn’t around. After all, so many of my recipes rely on having a keto friendly chocolate chip.
At first, I was only thinking about all of my keto chocolate chip cookie recipes. However, I quickly realized I also use them in my keto mug cakes, keto cakes, any many other keto desserts. That said, I am very grateful to have a company like Lily’s around.
Lily’s makes a variety of keto friendly chocolate products. Not only do they supply the only keto chocolate chips I will use, but they also have many keto chocolate bars. This, of course, includes their chocolate baking bar as well.
The reason almost all Lily’s products are keto friendly is that they are sweetened with stevia and erythritol instead of sugar. Without the added sugar chocolate is quite keto friendly. In fact, it is loaded with keto friendly fats. For this reason, I love baking with keto friendly chocolates. That said, here are my favorite keto desserts made with Lily’s Chocolate Chips!
#1 Low-Carb Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Made With Lily’s Chocolate Chips
If you are looking for an amazing keto dessert made with Lily’s chocolate chips then look no further. This low-carb cheesecake is stuffed with Lily’s chocolate chips and it tastes amazing. Not only is the cream cheese filling stuffed with chocolate chips, but the crust is also.
In fact, the crust is just one big crunchy chocolate chip cookie! On top of that, the cream cheese filling is rich, creamy, and perfectly sweetened with Swerve and Lily’s chocolate chips. The whole cheesecake recipe yields a total of 16 serving or slices. Each serving contains roughly 365.87 calories, 36.36 grams of fat, and 5.23 net carbs.
I will admit that 5.23 net carbs are a bit higher than I aim for in my keto desserts. However, each slice is very filling and is loaded with keto friendly fats. That said, less than 6% of the calories from this low-carb lily’s chocolate chip cheesecake are in the form of net carbs. Just make sure to save enough net carbs on the day you want to enjoy this keto friendly dessert!
#2 Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies Made With Lily’s Chocolate Chips
If you are looking for a low-carb dessert recipe using Lily’s chocolate chips, chocolate chip cookies are likely first to mind. Though I will feature a few keto chocolate chip cookies on this list, these are probably my favorite.
These keto chocolate chip cookies are made with cream cheese and of course, stuffed with Lily’s chocolate chips. Adding cream cheese to many of my keto cookie recipes has been a game changer. The cream cheese helps to give the cookies a soft and chewy texture. This, of course, has been a problem when baking with keto friendly flours.
That said, if you like your chocolate chip cookies on the soft and moist side, then this recipe is for you. This recipe yields a total of 6 servings or cookies. Each keto chocolate chip cookie contains roughly 230 calories, 22.82 grams of fat, 15.67 total carbs, 2.65 net carbs, and 4 grams of protein.
The reason this recipe contains only 6 servings is that I find many people are the only ones in their household on a keto diet. Hearing complaints from people having extra food waste from keto desserts recipes, I have chosen to make smaller batches with many of my recipes. That said if you want to make more simply double the amount of each ingredient.
#3 Crunchy Low-Carb Lily’s Chocolate Chip Cookies
If chewy chocolate chip cookies aren’t your thing, then perhaps these crunchy low-carb chocolate chip cookies are more up your alley. Personally, I love cookies with a nice crunchy texture. Made of mostly nuts and Lily’s chocolate chips, these cookies are loaded with keto friendly fats.
Since these cookies are so filling, they also make a great choice for a quick breakfast or a snack between meals. In addition, these keto cookies are very simple to make and they only require 5 ingredients. This recipe yields a total of six cookies. Each cookie contains roughly 218 calories, 22 grams of fat, and only 2.6 net carbs.
#4 Keto Fallen Chocolate Cake
Personally, I think this is one keto dessert that way overlooked. It is one of my favorite dessert recipes, however, not too many people are searching for keto fallen chocolate cake. Heck, many people don’t even know what fallen chocolate cake is.
Fallen chocolate cake is an amazing chocolate cake that is made without flour. Instead, much of the cake is made from whipped eggs. All in all the end result is a great dense and super rich chocolate cake. After looking at some traditional fallen chocolate cake recipes I realized it would be quite easy to make a keto version.
After all, since it’s made without flour anyway I was already one step closer than if I were to make a classic chocolate cake. The only ingredients I really had to worry about was a sugar substitute and a keto friendly chocolate. This was easily fixed with the use of Swerve Sweetener and, of course, melted Lily’s chocolate chips.
I could not be happier with the way it came out. It really tasted just like classic fallen chocolate cake. I know many people say their keto desserts taste just like the real thing, but this one really does. This keto fallen chocolate cake recipe yields a total of 12 servings. Each serving contains roughly 213.85 calories, 20 grams of fat, 28 total carbs, and 4 net carbs.
#5 Mini Keto Fallen Chocolate Cake
If there are only one or two people in your house going keto, perhaps a whole fallen chocolate cake is a bit much. Thankfully this mini keto fallen chocolate cake is perfectly sized for one or two people. It is made with the same ingredients as the larger size only it is much smaller.
The entire cake contains roughly 321 calories, 30.5 grams of fat, 36.5 total carbs, and 5.1 net carbs. That said, just one or two bits is enough to satisfy any sweet tooth! That said, you could just eat half the cake and it would equate to just over 2.5 net carbs!
#6 Keto Lily’s Chocolate Chip And Macadamia Nut Cookies
These chocolate chip cookies are stuff with cream cheese, macadamia nuts, and of course Lily’s chocolate chips. They are soft and chewy just like my chewy chocolate chip cookies. The only real difference is that you get the benefits of adding macadamia nuts to the cookies.
Macadamia nuts are among the best nuts you can have on a keto diet. Not only are they almost pure fat, but the fat content itself is made up of mostly monounsaturated fats. Monounsaturated fats are what many people call the heart-healthy fat.
That said, the macadamia nuts not only add great taste but also a little bit of added nutrition. This keto Lily’s chocolate chip macadamia nut cookie recipe yields a total of 6 servings or cookies. Each cookie contains about 264 calories, 26.32 grams of fat, 16.32 total carbs, 2.9 net carbs, and 4.36 grams of protein.

This keto chocolate chip cookies is loaded with Lily’s chocolate chips and is both chewy and crunchy. So if you like a nice balance between chewy and crunchy this is the keto chocolate chip cookie for you.
Instead of pecan flour like in my chewy chocolate chip cookies, this recipe uses a mix of almond flour and pecan cookie pieces. In addition, it is not made with the use of cream cheese. This way you can substitute the butter with coconut oil to make these cookies free from milk products.
Since I made this recipe before I cut down on my serving size this recipe yields 10 servings. Each keto chocolate chip cookie contains about 220 calories, 5g of protein, 17g of fat, and only 3.5 net carbs.
#10 Keto Chocolate Cheesecake
Of all of my keto cheesecake recipes, this is my favorite! The only reason my keto Chocolate Chip Cheesecake is first on the list is that I thought was more fitting for the article. That said, this keto chocolate cheesecake is also loaded with Lily’s Chocolate Chips.
The only difference is that the Lily’s Chocolate Chips in this recipe are melted down to make an amazing chocolate ganache topping. In addition, this keto chocolate cheesecake sits on top of a crunchy chocolate mock graham cracker crust and a filled with chocolate cream cheese filling.
This keto chocolate cheesecake recipe yields 16 servings. Each serving contains roughly 405 calories, 41 grams of fat, and 5.2 net carbs. This is a bit higher in net carbs than I like in my recipes.
