These keto butter pecan cookies are easy to make and they taste amazing. Of course, how could they not be great considering that these cookies are loaded with buttery toasted pecans? Not only do the pecans taste great but they also contain fewer carbs than almost any other nut. In fact, pecans contain only 4 net carbs per 100 grams! Almonds, on the other hand, have about 10 net carbs per 100 grams.
For this reason, I use pecan cookie pieces in conjunction with almond flour in most of my keto dessert recipes. This keto butter pecan cookie recipe yields a total of 6 cookies. Each cookie contains roughly 285.88 calories, 28.44 grams of fat, 5.11 total carbs, and only 1.72 net carbs. Net carbs are equated by subtracting fiber and erythritol from total carbs.

Keto Butter Pecan Cookie Ingredients
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup pecan cookie pieces
- 5 Tbsp butter
- 1/4 cup Swerve Granular
- 1/5 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 Tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 Tsp salt
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Then, toast the chopped pecans in 1 Tbsp of butter in a saucepan over low-medium heat for about 5 minutes.
- Next, turn the stove down to low heat and throw the remaining butter into the saucepan just long enough for the butter to melt.
- Pour into a mixing bowl with the Swerve and mix well with a rubber spatula. After that, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Roll into six even balls on a non-stick cookie baking pan and press down with your hands or a fork to shape into cookies
- Then, bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes.
- Take cookies out of the oven and place on a cooling rack until cool.
